Abstract Background Photosynthetic pigments participating in the absorption, transformation and transfer of light energy play a very important role plant growth. While, spatial distribution foliar is an indicator environmental stress, such as pests, diseases heavy metal stress. Results In this paper, situ quantitative visualization chlorophyll carotenoid was realized by combining Raman spectroscopy with calibration model transfer, laboratory spectral successfully extended to portable field measurement. Firstly, nondestructive fast for determination tea leaf established based on confocal micro-Raman spectrometer laboratory. Then real-time map scanning spectra through variation between were effectively corrected direct standardization (DS) algorithm. The leaves after got into predict concentration photosynthetic at each pixel leaves. predicted imaged illustrate pigments. Statistical analysis showed that pigment contents highly correlated real contents.
